| 摘 要： | 药物合成反应是制药工程专业开设的重要专业基础课程之一。本文通过总结药物合成的授课理念,将授课重点放在介绍药物合成反应机理及新技术和实践教学环节上,使学生在进行药物合成时能选择合适反应,提高独立获取知识的能力。

| Abstract: | Pharmaceutical Synthetic Reactions is one of important major courses of pharmaceutical engineering specialty.The traditional way of teaching and the important points are summarized and the emphasis in teaching is put on the introduction of the mechanism and the new techniques relevant to synthesis in order that students learn how to choose synthetic reactions.The pattern has procured favorable effects on the following parts： arousing the students＇ initiative,and improving the students＇ will-power of study. |
