| 摘 要： | "卓越计划"将校企全程合作作为成功培养卓越工程师的关键。化工类普通高校探索其合作培养的过程,对于化工卓越人才培养具有重要意义。本文从其发展特点与目标定位、合作的主要环节与内容及运行管理等三个方面进行分析,提出校企全程合作的途径与方法,以期为我国卓越工程师培养提供借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | ＂Excellent Program＂ is regarded college-enterprise cooperation as a key to train excellent engineers successfully. For the Chemical Technology Colleges and Universities, it is of great significance to explore the course of cooperative training for chemical excellent talents cultivation. The article mainly analyzes three aspects： the objective and its characteristics, the key links and contents of the cooperation, and the management operation. It is a reference for training engineers in our country. |
