| 摘 要： | 本文根据国内外化工专业培养模式和化工新技术发展对人才培养提出的复合型、创新型人才的需求,提出了新时期本科院校化工类人才培养模式的几点思考。探讨了以学生为中心,服务社会为目标,打造厚基础、强实践、重创新的课程体系,加强工程素养的培养,注重学生综合能力提高,切实引导学生对化工专业学习兴趣,从根本上提高学习动力,培养能够真正解决工程实际问题的社会急需的化工工程师。

| Abstract: | According to the demands of current situation for multi-layered and innovative talents with development of new technology in chemical engineering,a new training pattern fit for undergraduates in Chemical Engineering specialty is presented,in which the students are the centre of the teaching.Students should have sound theory and practical ability,and at the same time they should be creative,i.e.they should meet the needs of the society for practical chemical engineers. |
