| 摘 要： | 社会需求是高等教育的原动力。本文在调查、分析的基础上,提出面向社会需求的教育新模型,并在校企合作的平台搭建、教学改革与实施、人才培养模式、实践教学等诸多方面进行广泛地研究。同时,还对构建校企协同合作培养人才的新模式,培养满足社会需求的高素质复合型技术人才进行了初步探索。

| Abstract: | Social demand is the driving force of higher education. In this paper, a new education approach is proposed for the social demand on the basis of investigation and analysis. Extensive research is conduc- ted on various aspects, such as the platform construction, the educational reform and implementation, the talents training and practical teaching mode. A new talent collaborative system between colleges and enterprises is established. The preliminary exploration for training high-quality technical talents is carried out to meet the demand of society. |
