摘    要:为解决压后返排支撑剂回流问题,对东北分公司sw 8-9-3井进行了全程纤维加砂施工。现场实验和文献调研证明,纤维可提高压裂液携砂能力,有利于提高支撑缝长,改善裂缝中支撑剂的分布剖面。该井后不关井直接进行压裂液快速返排,排液时间显著缩短,返排效率高。加入纤维可以减缓支撑剂的沉降速度,提高悬砂性能,因此可进一步考虑减少聚合物等增粘剂的加入量,最大限度保护储层,优化导流能力,提高产量。

Analysis on theFracturing Treatment with Reducible Fiber in SW8-9-3

Abstract:In order to deal with the flowback of proppant,fiber was introduced into the entire stimulation treatment of the well sw8-9-3 in the Northeast Branch of Sinopec.Both field experiment and the document have demonstrated that fiber can enhance proppant carrying capacity of the fracturing fluid,and also increase the propped fracture length and improve the proppant distribution in the fracture.In this well,the fluid began flowback immediately after the treatment without shut-in.In this way,the flowback time has been significantly shorted,but the fluid recovery increased.As the fiber can decrease proppant settling rate and improve the proppant carrying capacity,the polymer can be further reduced,which will facilitate to protect the formation,to improve the conductivity and to enhance the production.
