摘    要:本文以异丙烯膦酸(IPPA)为原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合反应,制备了一种新型缓蚀阻垢剂聚合异丙烯膦酸(PIPPA),探讨了反应温度,反应时间,引发剂用量及PH至聚合反应的影响,研究了PIPPA在不同PH值条件下的缓蚀垢性能。

Abstract:In this peper, the polymerization of the isopropenyl phosphonic acid(IPPA) initiated by Ammonium persulfate in aqueous solution was studied, a new-style corrosion and scale inhibitor(PIPPA)was prepared by polymerization of IPPA. The effects of amount of initiator, reaction temperature, reaction time and pH value to polymerization were investigated. The properties of inhibiting corrosion and scale under the conditions of different pH value were has pretty good efficiency of inhibiting corrosion and scale for water treatment.
