摘    要:对某AAO工艺污水处理厂进行了沿程氮含量的全流程分析,发现其缺氧池末端NO3--N含量远小于好氧段,并进行了调整内回流比及碳源投加量的调整措施,探究其对脱氮效率的影响。结果发现,将内回流体积比从100%调整至200%后,出水TN含量降低了32.4%,NO3--N的质量浓度从13.6 mg/L降低至9.2 mg/L,减少了约30%的碳源投加量。工艺全流程分析从污染物组分特性及活性污泥生长环境角度思考工艺调整和优化要点,可作为污水处理厂定期进行工艺评估诊断的手段。

Abstract:A whole process analysis of the nitrogen content along the way of an AAO process wastewater treatment plant was carried out,and it found that the content of NO3-- at the end of the anoxic area was much smaller than that of the aerobic area,and the internal reflux ratio was adjusted,as well as the adjustment measures of the carbon source dosage,to explore its impact on the improvement of nitrogen removal efficiency.The results found that,after the internal reflux ratio was adjusted from 100%to 200%,the effluent TN content reduced by 32.4%,the mass concentration of NO3-- decreased from 13.6 mg/L to 9.2 mg/L and the carbon source dosage was reduced by about 30%.The whole process analysis considered the process adjustment and optimization points from the perspective of pollutant composition characteristics and activated sludge growth environment,so it can be used as a means of regular process evaluation and diagnosis for sewage treatment plants.
