水厂残余铝的影响因素试验研究

摘    要:本文通过饮用水除铝的一系列生产实验,主要研究在处理流程中水温、pH值、过滤条件等因素对余铝的影响。提出残余铝随水温升高呈增加趋势。最佳pH值随水温的增加而降低。调整pH值可以调整溶解铝和颗粒铝的比例,从而改善残余铝的可去除率。过滤对除铝和除浊并不同步,应同时考虑除铝除浊确定过滤周期。在此基础上对水厂生产运行提出了一些建设。

Abstract:A series of experiments were designed to study the removal of residual aluminum from water plants. Some factors, such as temperature, pH value and filtration conditions etc. were studied. With temperature rising the concentration of residual aluminum increases and the optimum pH value decreases. Adjstments of pH value can change the portions of dissolved aluminum and particulate aluminum, so the removability of residual aluminum is improved. Filtration is not synchronous to the removal of aluminum and turbidity. The filtration period should consider the influences of turbidity and aluminum. On this basis some proposals are put forward for operation of water plant.
