制备NF-TFC膜的界面聚合反应研究

摘    要:根据界面聚合反应原理研究了制备NF-TFC膜瓜成膜的规律性,重点讨论了一些反应条件和界面聚合反应与膜性能打关性。结果表明,沥于时间、聚合反应时间、后处理温度对该聚合反应有显著影响,进而到膜的脱盐率及水通量。水相浸渍时间对反应影响不大,生成的膜基本不变。这 界面聚合反应的规律和生成膜的分离性能的变化规律基本一致。

Abstract:The rules to form NF-TFC membranes were studied according to principles of interfacial polymerization. The interaction between the performance of NF-TFC membranes and some interfacial polymerization factors were investigated. The experiment results showed that the draining time, the polymerization time and the post-treatment temperature exerted influence on the flux and salt rejection of membranes by affecting the interfacial polymerization while the immersion time did not have a clear influence on them. These results proved that there were some interrelation between the rules of interfacial polymerization and the performance of membranes.
