摘    要:介绍了一体式膜生物反应器(MBR)处理炼油污水的工艺特点和处理效率。中试试验结果表明:MBR处理炼油污水出水水质好,COD,氨氮,油和酚的出水平均值分别可低至39mg/L,2mg/L,3mg/L和0.1mg/L以下,去除率分别高达93%,90%,94%和99.9%。达到严格的排放指标(国家一级排放标准);产水可用于生活杂用水和循环冷却补给水。

Abstract:The technical characteristics and treating efficiency of an integrated MBR is introduced. The results of its pilot operation showed that MBR for treating oil-refining wastewater had good quality of the effluent; the average values of COD, ammonia-nitrogen, oil and phenol in effluent could lower to 39mg/L, 2mg/L, 3mg/L, and below 0.1mg/L respectively; their removal rate reached to 93%, 90%, 94% and 99.9% respectively, meeting the national first class discharging standard.
