泡菜废水处理工程设计及运行

摘    要:针对泡菜废水高COD、高NH3-N,高盐分等特点,采用隔油、调节池+UASB+氧化沟+二沉池+三沉池+精密过滤器处理工艺,为节约运行成本,采取常温厌氧处理,选取氧化沟工艺,磁悬浮风机曝气,剩余污泥厌氧消化及沼气回收利用等措施。实际运行结果表明,COD、NH3-N、TN、TP去除率分别约为99%、99%、96%、99%,排放水COD在20~30 mg/L,NH3-N、TN、TP的质量浓度分别为1~2、5~10、0.2~0.3 mg/L,可稳定达到DB51 2311-2016排放标准。直接运行费用约2.7元/m3。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of high COD, high NH3-N and high salinity of pickle wastewater, the oil separation, regulating tank + UASB + oxidation ditch + second settling tank + triple sinking tank + precision filter treatment process were adopted. In order to save operating cost, normal temperature anaerobic was adopted, and selection of oxidation ditch process, magnetic aeration fan aeration, residual sludge anaerobic digestion and biogas recycling and other measures. The actual operation results showed that, the removal rate of COD, NH3-N, TN and TP was about 99%, 99%, 96% and 99% respectively, the COD, mass concentration of NH3-N, TN and TP in effluent was 20~30 mg/L, 1 .2, 5.10 and 0.2~0.3 mg/L respectively, which stably met the discharge standards of DB51 2311.2016. The direct operation cost was about 2.7 yuan/m3.
