摘    要:本文研究了自制的均相渗析阴膜对对钛白废液中废酸的回收效果,实验考察了膜的交换容量,苯环卤含量,废液中的组分的相对浓度等因素对渗析过程的影响,结果表明,用自制的阴膜回收膜废液中的H2SO4是可行的,能实现H2SO4与其他成分如FeSO4,Ti(SO4)2的良好分离,其分离系数分别不低于26.0和51.0。

Abstract:In this paper, we have conducted the research of Sulfuric acid recovery from titanium white waste liquor by self-manufactured anion exchange membrane. The effect of some factors, such as ion exchange capacity, content of benzyl-halogen and the relative compositions of the liquor was experimentally investigated on the membrane dialysis process. The results show that the recovery technology is practically feasible, which can realize a good separation of Sulfuric acid from FeSO 4 and Ti(SO 4) 2 and the separation coefficients are expected to exceed 26.0 and 51.0 for static runs, respectively.
