摘    要:为消除城市黑臭水体,提高城市水体质量,采用复合生物酶对某黑臭河流水样进行小试。结果表明,喷洒复合生物酶的优化质量浓度为10 mg/L、温度25~30℃。在污水接近于中性和曝氧的状态下,更有利于提高复合生物酶的处理效果。采用生物滤床-复合生物酶技术对某黑臭河流进行中试,并进行曝氧。结果表明,喷洒的复合生物酶优化质量浓度为10 mg/L,水中的COD经过17 d处理后降低至30 mg/L并趋于稳定;配合水生植物,经过23 d处理后的COD、BOD5和NH3-N的含量满足GB 3838-2002地表水V类标准要求,底泥颜色变浅且底泥厚度降低。复合生物酶可以促进生物滤床对污染物的降解,无二次污染,且处理成本较低。

Abstract:In order to removal urban black odorous water bodies and improve the quality of urban water bodies,the composite biological enzyme was used to conduct indoor tests on a black odorous river water sample.The results showed that,the optimal concentration of the sprayed composite biological enzyme was 10 mg/L,and the optimal temperature was 25~30℃.When the sewage was close to neutral and oxygen-exposed state,it was more beneficial to improve the treatment effect of composite biological enzymes.The bio-filter bed-composite biological enzyme technology was used to conduct a pilot test on a black and stinky river with oxygen exposure.The results showed that,the optimal concentration of the sprayed compound biological enzyme was 10 mg/L,and the COD in the water decreased to 30 mg/L after 17 d of treatment and tended to be stable.The content of COD,BOD5,and NH3-N after 23 d treatment met the requirements of surface water category V standards of GB 3838-2002.The color of the sediment became lighter and the thickness of the sediment decreased.The composite biological enzyme can promote the degradation of pollutants by the bio-filter bed without secondary pollution,and the treatment cost is low.
