聚氨酯改性环氧树脂的研究

摘    要:为提高环氧树脂的韧性和粘接强度,采用自制端异氰酸酯聚氨酯预聚体对环氧树脂进行了改性,利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对聚氨酯预聚体、改性环氧树脂的结构进行了表征。采用示差扫描量热法(DSC)对改性环氧树脂的固化行为进行了分析,并测试了改性环氧的力学性能。结果表明:聚氨酯预聚体与环氧树脂发生了接枝反应,n(NCO)/n(OH)=0.75时,改性环氧树脂/双氰胺/2-甲基咪唑组成的胶膜的剥离强度(液晶显示器(LCD)玻璃与柔性印刷线路板(FPC)界面)达到15.8 N/cm,粘接力良好。

Abstract:The epoxy resin was modified by self-made isocyanate polyurethane prepolymer to improve the toughness and adhesive strength of it.The structure of polyurethane prepolymer and modified epoxy resin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR.The curing behavior of the modified epoxy resin was investigated by DSC and the mechanical properties of it were tested.The results showed that the grafting reaction of polyurethane prepolymer and epoxy resin was occurred.The peel strength of the film composed of modified epoxy,dicyandiamide and 2-methyl imidazole between the LCD glass and FPC was 15.8 N/cm and the adhesive strength was good.
