环氧固化剂硫脲改性二乙烯三胺的制备工艺

摘    要:采用硫脲改性二乙烯三胺用作环氧树脂固化剂,通过对固化剂的接触角以及环氧/硫脲改性二乙烯三胺体系完全固化时间的测定及固化剂的红外光谱分析,研究了原料配比、合成反应温度及时间对固化剂性能的影响。结果表明,当二乙烯三胺与硫脲质量比为3.13~3.30∶1,合成反应温度为(80±5)℃,反应时间为1.2~1.4 h时,可制得-12℃下24 h内完全固化的环氧树脂固化剂。

Abstract:The diethylenetriamine was modified by thiourea for epoxy curing agent.The effects of raw material ratio,reaction temperature and time on the curing agent performance were investigated by the determination of curing agent contact angle and the completely curing time of epoxy / thiourea modified diethylenetriamine system and the infrared spectroscopy of curing agent.The results showed that the epoxy curing agent with contact angle 35° and full curing time at-12 ℃ 20 h was obtained as the conditions as followed: mass ratio of diethylenetriamine to thiourea 3.13-3.30∶ 1,reaction temperature(80±5)℃and reaction time 1.2-1.4 h.
