| 摘 要： | 介绍丁基橡胶（IIR）的供需状况和扩能形势。世界IIR的产能集中在美国、俄罗斯和日本，消费集中在亚洲，特别是我国。目前我国普通IIR市场呈现中国石化北京燕山石化分公司、浙江信汇合成新材料有限公司及国外进口产品三足鼎立的格局，但国产普通IIR仅能满足中低端应用领域的需求。我国卤化丁基橡胶（HIIR）需求量完全依赖于进口，亟需建设HIIR项目。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the situation of supply and demand and the capacity expansion of butyl rubber （IIR）. World IIR capacity concentrated in the United States, Russia and Japan, and the consumption is concentrated in Asia, especially in China. The current IIR market in China is mainly dominated by Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company, Zhejiang Cenway Materials Co., Ltd. and imported products. But the domestic IIR can only meet the demand for low-end applications. It is urgent to develop domestic halogenated butyl rubber （HIIR） capacity, since current HIIR in China is completely dependent on import |
