摘    要:2,5-二乙基四氢呋喃是一种薄荷风味香料.以2-乙酰基呋喃为原料,经过还原得到2-乙基呋喃;然后酰基化得2-乙基-5-乙酰基呋喃,再还原该酰化产物生成2,5-二乙基呋喃;其水解后的3,6-辛二酮再用硼氢化钠还原得到3,6-辛二醇,最后经偶氮二甲酸二乙酯(DEAD)/三苯基膦(TPP)体系成醚得目标产物2,5-二乙基四氢呋喃.所有产物的结构通过IR、1H NMR进行了表征.该合成路线原料易得,操作简便,反应总收率可达60%.

Abstract:2,5-Diethyhetrahydrofuran is one kind of flavor with mint smell. In this paper, it was synthesized by following steps. First, 2 ethylfuran was obtained by reduction reaction from 2-acetylfuran, then it was acetylated to 2-ethyl 5-acetylfu- ran, and following converted into 2,5-diethylfuran by reduction, its hydrolysis product 3,6 oct anedion was then reduced to 3,6- octanediol with sodium borohydride, finally, the 3,6 octanediol was etherized to the target product in system of diethyl azodi carboxylate(DEAD), triphenylphosphine(TPP). The structures of all intermediates and target product were characterized t)y IR and H NMR. This synthetic route is easy to operate with available raw materials, the total yield of reaction is up to60%.
