| 摘 要： | 使用三重四极杆气质联用仪（GC/QQQ-MS）检测化妆品中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质（塑化剂）。分析所用色谱柱为DB-5MS石英毛细管柱（30m×0.25mm×0.25mm）,进样口温度250℃,梯度升温,并采用多重反应监测（MRM）方式监测子离子。结果表明,待测物在0.5～8mg/L的浓度范围内线性关系良好,回收率在85.0%～102.0%之间,检出限为0.05μg/g。

| Abstract: | Gas chromatography/tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry（GC/QQQ-MS） method was established for de- termination of phthalates in cosmetics. Chromatographic separation was carried out on DB-5MS quartz capillary column（30 m x 0.25 mm U. 25 Mm）, the inlet temperature was 250 ℃, using gradient temperature-elevating method in oven. Product ions were inspected via muhiple reaction monitoring mode in MS. The result showed that the linear relationship presented well in the range of 0.5 to 8 mg/L. Spike recoveries were between 85.0% to 102.0% ,the limit of detection was 0.05 μg/g. |
