摘    要:用超高效液相色谱/三重四极杆质谱(UPLC-MS/MS)联用技术检测邻苯二甲酸酯类物质(PAEs)。考察流动相、柱子填料等因素对各化合物分离的影响,探讨了系统干扰的影响和解决方法,为建立液-质-质联用技术定量检测邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)打下了基础。

Abstract:A method for determination of the phthalates by triple quadrupole UPLC-MS/MS had been developed. The effects of mobile phase, column packing etc. on the separation of target components were investigated, and the effect of system interference and solutions were also explored, thus it made possible to establish a method for determination of phthalates by LC- MS/MS.
