Abstract:The methods of producing hydrogen and its application status have been stated in this paper.The hydrogen not only has higher heat value but also it does not pollute the environment compared with other fuels.The different methods of producing hydrogen and their advantages and disadvantages have been detailedly discussed.The hydrogen that is efficient and clean second energy source will be widely applied in the future.
