苯甲酸加氢用钯碳催化剂的制备、失活及再生研究

摘    要:研究了苯甲酸加氢用钯碳催化剂的制备、失活及再生。提出了钯碳催化剂的制备关键、加入甲烷化助剂可以延长钯碳催化剂寿命、利用超临界流体再生方法可以有效再生失活钯碳催化剂。

Abstract:The key procedures to prepare Pd supported on activated carbon catalysts in the hydrogenation of benzoic acid,and reasons for the deactivation of Pd/C catalyst and its solving methods are described respectively in this paper according to the theory of hydrogenation reaction of benzoic acid. It is showed that the longevity of Pd/C catalyst can be prolonged by adding methanation promoter, and the deactivation can be regenerated by supercritical fluid extraction.
