| 摘 要： | 分析了吉林化学工业公司化肥厂合成氨装置氨压缩机T形槽干气密封磨损、泄漏、使用寿命短原因。探讨了分析国产化改造方案,采用螺旋槽型干气密封能减少端面磨损,延长密封使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The reasons for worn dry gas seal on T slot,leakage and the short life of application were analyzed for the ammonia plant in Jilin Chemical Industry Company.Revamping with China-made parts was discussed.Applying dry gas seal on a spiral slot could reduce wear of surface,and postpone the life of application. |
