纵流式换热器的结构研究进展

摘    要:纵流式换热器具有传热效率高,压降小,有效消除流体诱导振动等特点,因而在石化等行业中的应用越来越多,其结构的发展主要表现为高效换热管的应用和管束支撑物的变化,阐述了纵流式换热器的特点,介绍了高效换热管和管束支撑物的结构及性能发展,指出了纵流式换热器的发展前景。

Abstract:Longitudinal flow heat exchangers are applied more and more in petroleum and chemical industries,due to their characteristics of having high heat transfer efficiency, lower pressure drop and effectively avoiding fluid induced vibration, etc. The application of efficient heat transfer tubes and the change of tube-bundle\|supporting objects show mainly the development of their structures. This paper illustrates characteristics of longitudinal flow heat exchangers, and introduces the development on structures and performances of the efficient heat transfer tubes and tube\|bundle supporting objects. The development prospect of longitudinal flow heat exchangers are also indicated.
