| 摘 要： | 铝颜料是一种重要的金属效应颜料,在涂料、油墨、塑料等行业有着广泛的应用;为了增强其耐候性、耐酸碱性以及与树脂间的相容性,在应用前必须对铝颜料进行表面防腐处理。综述了近年来铝颜料表面防腐处理方法,主要有吸附腐蚀抑制剂法和包覆膜法。归纳了腐蚀抑制剂法使用的试剂种类,并分析了防腐试剂的作用原理;介绍了无机钝化、高聚物吸附包覆和表面聚合包覆等3种包覆膜法的机理与工艺。最后展望了该领域的研究方向。
