摘    要:介绍了改性淀粉在环境工程和生物工程中的研究和应用,重点评述了酯化淀粉、醚化淀粉、接枝共聚淀粉、复合淀粉絮凝剂、淀粉微球等改性淀粉的应用研究进展,对今后的研究方向提出了一些建议。

Abstract:The natural starch has been paid more attentions for its biodegraded and regeneration. Starch modified by physical, chemical or enzymatic methods has much better functional characters than natural starch, which has been applied widely in food, dyeing, paper making, water treatment and biochemical engineering. In this paper, the development and application of modified starches in environment and biochemical engineering are reviewed and analyzed, and some new ideas for further development of modified starch are proposed.
