纤维素酶法提取杭白菊中总黄酮工艺优化

摘    要:通过正交实验法研究了纤维素酶法提取杭自菊中总黄酮的主要工艺参数(酶添加量、酶解时间、酶解温度和pH)对总黄酮提取率的影响。纤维素酶法提取的最佳条件为:酶添加量0.5%、酶解时间2.5h、酶解温度55℃、pH5.0;此条件下总黄酮提取率比对照组提高了19.2%。

Abstract:The technical factors of total flavonoids content by cellulase extraction from Chrysanthemum,it including:the addition of cellulase,cellulase treatment time,cellulase treatment temperature and pH.The extraction rate of optimized condition was determined by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.
