摘    要:丙烯酸羟基酯产品工艺废水含有大量有毒重金属铜离子,具有COD高、pH值低、高浊、高色等特点。采用吸附-混凝联合处理工艺对丙烯酸羟基酯废水进行预处理研究。遴选了不同吸附剂、混凝剂,考察了投加量、pH值、吸附时间的影响。结果表明:pH值7.0~8.5,吸附剂采用粉煤灰,混凝剂采用PASC时。铜离子去除率在98.5%1;2上,COD去除率达到25%~35%,处理出水可进行生化处理。

Abstract:There is a great deal of Cu2+, COD, SS, which has high colourity and turbidity in the acrylate-hydroxy ester wastewater. The technology of adsorption coagulation is used to pretreat acrylate-hydroxy ester wastewater. Several adsorbents and coagulants are selected. The effects of dose of adsorbents and coagulants, pH, the time of adsorption are studied. The final experimental results show that the removal rate of copper ion could be 98.5% and the removal rate of CODCr could be 25%~35% when pH is in the range of 7.0 to 8.0, the adsorbent is fly ash, the coagulant is PASC.
