摘    要:采用微波-Fenton-活性炭组合工艺对有机磷农药混合废水进行处理.研究了废水初始浓度、初始pH、FeSO4·7H2O及H2O2投加量、微波功率及辐照时间等因素对处理效果的影响.结果表明:在一定的试验条件下,对100 mL COD为360~400 mg/L的废水,当pH为3.5,活性炭投加量为3.0g,FeSO4·7H2O投加量为0.25 g,30% H2O2投加量为1 mL,微波功率为680W,辐照时间为7 min时,处理后的出水COD可降至40~44 mg/L,COD去除率平均达89%.

Abstract:Microwave-Fenton-activated carbon combined process has been used for treating organophosphorus pesticides mixed wastewater.The effects of the initial concentration,initial pH,dosages of FeSO4·7H2O and H2O2,microwave power and microwave irradiation time,etc.on organophosphorus degradation effectiveness are studied.Under certain experimental conditions,100 mL of wastewater whose COD is 360-400 mg/L is treated,when its pH is 3.5,dosage of activated carbon 3.0 g,dosage of FeSO4·7H2O 0.25 g,dosage of 30% of H2O2 1 mL,microwave power 680 W and irradation time 7 min,the treated effluent COD can be dropped to 40-44 mg/L and the average removal rate of COD reaches 89%.
