电-多相催化氧化降解松香废水的研究

摘    要:采用Fe/Mn多相催化氧化和电氧化方法降解松香废水,制备了负载型金属催化剂,研究了活性炭、分子筛、Al2O3等不同载体和不同金属组分对电-多相催化氧化降解松香废水效果的影响,获得具有较高活性的含Fe和Mn多组分催化剂,通过能谱和电子扫描显微镜分析多相催化剂的元素成分和微观结构.利用电化学工作站测定4种不同钛电极的伏安曲线.选择催化活性较高的钛电极.研究结果表明:活性炭具有多孔结构和较强的催化功能,以其为载体的催化剂效率高;催化剂中两种组分好于单一组分,其中以Fe+Mn制备的催化剂效果最好;RuIrSnMnTi电极具有良好的电化学催化活性;对于COD为2 300 mg/L的低浓度松香废水的电氧化降解,采用催化剂后,COD去除率由31%提高到63%:而对于COD为6 500 mg/L高浓度松香废水,电-多相催化氧化降解COD去除率达88%,可有效降低COD.

Abstract:Fe/Mn heterogeneous catalysis and electro-oxidation processes are used for degrading colophony wastewater. Immobilized metal catalysts are prepared. The effect of different carriers, such as activated carbon, molecular sieve, Al2O3, etc. and metals with different components on the efficiency of electro-heterogeneous catalysis oxidation degradation of colophony wastewater is studied.
