高活性微生物絮凝剂处理靛蓝印染废水的动力学研究

摘    要:从筛选到的絮凝剂产生菌中构建出比单一菌群产生更高活性絮凝剂的复合菌群--复合1(BAFRT4 CYGS1).为降低培养成本,接种复合1至啤酒废水培养基中,产生了絮凝活性为96.8%的微生物絮凝剂(MBF).所产MBF对靛蓝印染废水有良好的处理效果,CODCr去除率和脱色率最高分别达79.2%和87.6%.研究了复合1所产MBF在优化工艺条件下处理靛蓝印染废水的絮凝过程,并得出了MBF去除CODCr和脱色的经验动力学方程.

Abstract:Multiple microorganisms producing microbial floculants(MBF)with higher activity have been constructed with strain BAFRT4 and strain CYGS1.In order to cut down the cultivating cost of multiple microorganisms,they are inoculated into the brewery wastewater cultivate medium to produce MBF.According to the experiments,the flocculating efficiency of the MBF is up to 96.8%,and it has good treatment efficiency in treating indigotin printing and dyeing wastewater.The maximal efficiencies of removing CODCr and chroma from the wastewater are 79.2% and 87.6%,respectively.The experimental kinetics equations of removing CODCr and chroma are concluded from the flocculating process experiments of the MBF for treating the wastewater.
