摘    要:应用高径比为3.67的SBR反应柱R1培养好氧颗粒污泥,结果表明,经90 d培养即可获得粒径主要分布在0.5~1.0 mm、形状规则、结构密实的好氧颗粒污泥。R1中颗粒污泥MLSS为5 500 mg/L,SVI_(30)为36 m L/g,好氧颗粒污泥沉降性能明显优于常规活性污泥。应用培养的好氧颗粒污泥处理实际集成电路工业综合废水,废水COD、氨氮、TP和TN去除率分别在85%、80%、60%和47%以上。通过污泥产率分析得出,好氧颗粒污泥比活性污泥污泥原位减量41.5%。

Abstract:The sequencing batch bioreactor(SBR)reaction column R1 with height-to-diameter ratio of 3.67 has been used for cultivating aerobic granular sludge(AGS). The results show that after cultivated for 90 days,the AGS which mainly distributes on 0.5-1.0 mm,and have regular shape and dense structure can be obtained. The R1 granular sludge MLSS is 5500 mg/L and SVI3036 mL/g,the sedimentation performance of AGS is obviously better than that of conventional activated sludge. Since the cultivated AGS has been applied to the treatment of real inte-grated circuit industrial comprehensive wastewater,the removing rates of wastewater COD,ammonia nitrogen,TP and TN are 85%,80%,60%and 47%above,respectively. Obtained by means of sludge yield analysis,41.5%of in-situ AGS is reduced,in comparison with activated sludge.
