铝型材厂含氟废水的除氟工艺研究

摘    要:通过实验室模拟混沉降法除氟过程,研究了铝型材工业废水除氟的达宜工艺条件。在实验条件下,氟与氢氧化钙、聚铝、FW络合助剂形成多元络合物复合盐,然后用聚丙烯酰胺絮凝,废水中氟浓度可降至4mg/L。经过两厂的工业废水现场试验,初步结果表明,排放废水含氟量达到国家标准。

Abstract:The moderate technological conditions for fluoride re moval in aluminum industry by coagulation and precipitation are studied. Under t he experimental conditions fluoride forms a multicomponent complex with calcium h ydroxide,polymeric aluminum.FW complexing agent and coagulates with polyacrylami de. The fluoride concentration of wastewater can be reduced to 4 mg/L. The resul ts of two aluminum industry tests show that the amount of fluoride in wastewater meets the drainage standard.
