苯加氢萃取精馏系统工艺优化与应用

摘    要:针对粗苯加氢精制系统非芳烃含苯量高的问题,进行了分析研究,提出了增加1套两级萃取精馏系统的改造方案,通过对萃取精馏系统工艺优化,将非芳烃二次萃取精馏分离,改善苯、甲苯在非芳烃产品中的分配结构,提高了苯和甲苯的产品产量。改造后,非芳烃含苯、非芳烃含甲苯指标均有效降低,纯苯和甲苯收率分别提高了0.73个百分点和0.41个百分点,年可创造效益416.2万元。

Abstract:The analysis was made on the non-aromatic hydrocarbons with high benzene content in the crude benzene hydrogenation system,proposed with a renovation solution of adding one two-stage extractive distillation system.Through process optimization of the extractive distillation system,the non-aromatics had secondary extractive distillation,improving the benzene and toluene distribution structure in the non-aromatic product,thus increasing their product yield.After the renovation,the benzene and toluene contents in non-aromatics were effectively reduced,and the yield of pure benzene and toluene was increased by 0.73%and 0.41%respectively,with annual economic benefit of RMB4.162 million.
