摘    要:以某甲醇项目CO变换为例,针对CO变换装置中存在的高温氢侵蚀、高温硫化物腐蚀、湿硫化氢腐蚀、应力腐蚀等腐蚀现象,分别探讨了相应的腐蚀机理与影响因素;根据不同操作区间气体组分和工作条件,提出对管道选材采取的相应措施及选材要点。
