摘    要:介绍了初冷器自清洗强化除垢换热装置的结构、性能和使用情况,从传热、节水等方面分析了该装置的效能,生产实践表明,该装置能有效提高初冷器传热效率,同时降低水耗和能耗。

Abstract:The structure,performance and operation of the self-cleaning and intensive descaling heat exchanger for the primary cooler were given.The efficiency of this equipment was analyzed in such aspects as heat transfer,water and energy conservation,etc.The operation practice showed that this device could effectively improve the thermal efficiency of the primary cooler,and in the mean time it could reduce water and energy consumption.
