神华宁煤GSP气化炉煤粉流量控制系统改造

神华宁煤集团煤基烯烃项目采用GSP干煤粉加压气化技术。针对该技术在开车中出现的问题,进行了大量改造,其中最核心的是借鉴其他干煤粉气化技术进行的煤粉进料系统的改造,由西门子的压差控制进料改为流量控制,彻底改变了西门子进料系统的控制方式。

Modification of the Pulverized Coal Flow Control System in SNCG GSP Gasifier

The Siemens GSP gasification was selected by the coal to propylene project of SNCG. Lots of problems cropped up during the start-up period, consequently, corresponding modifications had been done. The modification of the coal powder feeding system was the most important one which based on other dry pulverized coal gasification technologies and that thoroughly changed the feeding control method from the Siemens differential pressure control into that of the flow control.
