“无钠低灰”煤沥青对预焙阳极质量的改善

摘    要:介绍了山西焦化股份有限公司采用德国进口超级离心机脱水脱渣,引进法国IRH先进的后加碱煤焦油加工技术,生产的"无钠低灰"煤沥青产品质量指标。详细阐述了煤沥青在预焙阳极生产中的作用,重点分析了煤沥青中的灰分和钠离子对预焙阳极质量的影响。通过分析"无钠低灰"煤沥青的灰分及钠离子含量的数据,预测在电解铝过程中,该煤沥青可降低阳极炭耗约15kg/t铝,为优质煤沥青的利用找到一条出路。

Abstract:Shanxi Coking Co.,Ltd.imported from Germany,super-centrifuge for removing water and slag,and licensed from France the advanced alkali IRH coal tar processing technology,the coal tar pitch thus produced had no sodium and with only little ash.The paper expatiates on the impact on the quality of the prebaked anode by the sodium ion and ash that exist in the coal tar pitch.Through analysis of the ash in the "sodium-free and low-ash" coal tar pitch and the sodium ion content,it can be predicted that the anode carbon consumption shall be reduced by 15kg/t of aluminum in the electroanalysis process of aluminum.This is a new way for the utilization of the excellent coal tar pitch.
