摘    要:介绍了Fenton试剂-混凝沉淀深度处理煤气化废水的实验,讨论了H2O2投加量、FeSO4投加量、反应pH值及反应时间对CODCr去除率的影响。实验所得最佳条件为:H2O2投加量600mg/L、FeSO4投加量200mg/L,酸化槽内pH值控制为3±0.5,水力停留时间30min;中和释气槽内pH值控制7±1,水力停留时间30min;沉淀器进水加入PAM 5mg/L,水力停留时间90min。在此条件下,最终CODCr去除率可达71.7%,色度去除率达到79.89%。

Abstract:The experiment on deep treatment of coal gasification wastewater with Fenton reagent coagulation precipitation was introduced. Discussed in this paper were the dosages of H2O2 and FeSO4 and the reaction pH value, as well as the impact of time on CODcr removal ratio. For treating the 2nd grade effluent from the bio-treatment plant by adopting Fenton reagent coagulation precipitation, the best experimental conditions were as follows: 600mg/L of H2O2 and 200mg/L of FeSO4 dosages; pH 3±0.5 in the acidification tank, its HRT being 30min; pH 7±1 in the gas evolution tank, its HRT being 30min; 5mg/L of PAM at the inlet of the sendimentator, its HRT being 90min. Under such conditions, the final CODcr removal rate can be up to 71.7%, and the color removal rate reaches 79.89%.
