摘    要:研究了分散、乳化条件及成囊工艺对以苯乙烯为壁材,采用原位聚合法制备苯乙烯微胶囊状态的影响。讨论了不同乳化剂及其配比,不同乳化分散时间、搅拌速度和固化温度对微胶囊的包覆率、粒径的大小及分布情况的影响,最终确定以阿拉伯树胶和DBS按1∶3的比例混合作为乳化剂,1500 r/min搅拌,分散乳化60 min,85℃固化3 h作为制备环氧树脂微胶囊的优化工艺条件。在此条件下得到平均粒径为15μm左右,粒度分布均匀的球形微胶囊,包覆率在80%以上。

Effect of encapsulation parameters on the appearance of epoxy resin microcapsule
Abstract:Effect of dispersing emulsifying condition and encapsulation process on preparing the cinnamene microcapsule from cinnamene as wall material by the method of in-situ polymerization.Different emulsifying agent emulsification time,stirring speed and curing temperature on microcapsule appearance quality such as encapsulation rate,particle size,and distribution were investigated.Optimal reaction conditions were as follows:Arabic gum and DBS at weight ratio of 1 ∶3,stirring for emulsifying at speed of 1 500 r/min and lasted 60 min,the curing temperature under 85 ℃ for 3 h.Under these conditions,the average particle diameter of 15 μm,uniform and spherical microencapsules of pendimethalin were obtained,their encapsulation rate was over 80%.
