蒙脱石对戊二醛的吸附及其控释研究

摘    要:从提高碱性戊二醛消毒剂的稳定性出发,分别用蒙脱石原土和纳米蒙脱石对酸性戊二醛进行吸附,然后利用聚乙烯醇(PVA)对吸附了戊二醛的蒙脱石进行包膜,用0.3%碳酸氢钠和0.5mol/L氢氧化钠调节其pH值至7.5~8.5后,进行控释研究。控释实验结果表明,用蒙脱石作载体,PVA包膜的碱性戊二醛,基本能达到缓释目的,缓释期可达到一个月以上,能提高碱性戊二醛消毒剂的稳定性。

Abstract:In order to develop the stability of alkalescent glutaraldehyde,it uses montrnorillonite and nano-montmorillonite to absorb acidic glutaraldehyde, and then uses polyethylene alcohol (PVA) to envelop the montmorillonite which has absorbed glutaraldehyde, after adjusted the pH value in 7.5~8.5 with 0.3% NaHCO_3 and 0.5 mol/L NaOH, then does the control releasing experiment. The experimental results indicated that, using montmorillonite as the carrier and PVA as the envelope can develop the stability of alkaline glutaraldehyde antiseptic and the time of control releasing can reach more than one month.
