罗丹明B分子印迹聚合物的制备及分子识别性能研究

摘    要:以三苯甲烷类碱性染料罗丹明B为模板分子,丙烯酰胺为功能分子,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)为交联剂,采用表面修饰分子印迹法,制备对罗丹明B具有特定亲和选择性的分子印迹聚合物。应用红外光谱对印迹聚合物进行表征,通过静态吸附实验对聚合物的吸附动力学进行分析,采用平衡结合实验评价了分子印迹聚合物的吸附性能。结果表明,采用表面修饰分子印迹法所制备的印迹聚合物对罗丹明B表现出较好的特异吸附,对模板分子最大吸附量值为96μmol/g。

Abstract:In this study,the speeifie imprinted polymers were synthesized by triphenylmethane dyes Rho-damine B as a template moleeule,aerylamide as the funetional moleeule,N,N-methylene bisaerylamide ( MBA)as the erosslinking agent,the moleeular imprinting method using the surfaee modifieation,prepa-ration of Rhodamine B has a speeifie moleeular imprinting and seleetive affinity polymers. The imprinted polymers were eharaeterized by FTIR,the adsorption behavior of MIP was evaluated by statie adsorption, and the imprinting effieieney were studied polymer with infrared was eharaeterized by equilibrium binding assays evaluated moleeularly imprinted polymer adsorption properties,the results show that the imprinted surfaee modifieation prepared moleeular imprinting method speeifie polymers preferably exhibit adsorption for Rhodamine B,absorption maximum of the magnitude of the template moleeule 96 μmol/g.
