微乳型油墨清洗剂的研制与清洗性能

摘    要:研制了一种由乳化剂、表面活性剂、溶剂、复合缓释剂及其它助剂构成的O/W型微乳液,研究了温度、水与清洗剂的复配比对清洗剂使用性能的影响。结果表明,该微乳液可替代汽油、煤油用于印刷机件上油墨的清洗,且防锈缓蚀和安全性能超过汽油、煤油等溶剂型清洗剂;清洗剂的使用温度和水与清洗剂的复配比对微乳型油墨清洗剂的使用性能有较大影响,适宜的使用温度以30℃为宜,适宜的水与清洗剂的复配比为(3.0~4.0)∶1.0;在水与清洗剂的复配比为4.0∶1.0,清洗温度不低于25℃的条件下,对油墨的去除率超过95%。

Abstract:A O /W m icro-emulsion composed of emulsifier,surfactant,solvent,complex add itive for preven-ting rust and corrosion and other add itives was prepared.The influence of ratio on the removal of printing ink grease was stud ied.The result ind icated that thism icro-emulsion,as a new type detergent of printing ink,could instead of solvent cleaner such as gasoline and kerosene for the removal of printing ink grease.Its property for preventing rust and corrosion and safety was better than solvent cleaner such as gasoline and kerosene.The temperature and d ilution ratio had great influence on its ability to remove printing ink grease.The optimum temperature and d ilution ratio ofwater to detergentwas30℃and(3.0 ~4.0)∶1.0re-spectively.When the d ilution ratio was4.0∶1.0and the temperature was not lower than25℃,the deter-gent’s removal ratio to printing ink grease was over95%.
