氯乙烯精馏过程Aspen模拟

摘    要:运用化工流程模拟软件Aspen Plus对氯乙烯精馏装置低沸塔和高沸塔的操作变量进行灵敏度分析。结果显示,低沸塔进料位置在第二块板时比之前第八块板可以得到更高纯度的馏出液,低沸塔馏出比由0.25优化到0.3,回流比由0.5优化到0.8。高沸塔最终优化结果为第四块板进料,馏出比从0.93优化到0.95,回流比从0.8优化到0.9。

Abstract:Though AsPen Plus software,the analysis of oPerating variables’sensitivity about vinyl chloride distillation device shows that:as for low boiling tower,feeding in second Plate can get higher Purity than the eighth Plate;distillate ratio should be oPtimized from 0 . 25 to 0 . 3;reflux ratio can be imProved from 0. 5 to 0. 8. While,high boiling tower’s results shows that:feeding in the fourth Plate is oPtimal,distillate ratio should rise from 0 . 93 to 0 . 95 and reflux ratio from 0 . 8 to 0 . 9 .
