O_3/UV工艺处理印染废水二级出水的试验研究

摘    要:采用O3/UV工艺对生化处理后的低浓度印染污水进行处理。结果显示,对于初始pH值为7.4的500 mL废水,在臭氧投加量为33.75 mg,UV灯为10 W的条件下,O3/UV工艺的UV254去除率和COD cr去除率分别比单独臭氧工艺提高了30.6%,23.5%。相比于单独臭氧工艺,O3/UV工艺处理出水的有机物中,易氧化有机物的比例较大;废水pH值对单独臭氧工艺有较大的影响,对O3/UV工艺的影响较小;叔丁醇的加入,降低了O3/UV工艺的去除率。

Research on advanced treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater by O3/UV
Abstract:Dyeing wastewater from biological treatment tank was oxidated by O3/UV process.The results show that as for the 500 mL wastewater whose initial pH value is 6.8,on the condition that ozone dosage is 33.75 mg,UV lighting tube is 10 W,the removal rate of CODcr and UV254 in O3/UV is 30.6% and 23.5% higher than that in O3,respectively.Compared to O3 process,the proportion of organic matter in the effluent of O3/UV process is higher than the proportion of O3 process.Compared to O3/UV process,the pH value of watewater have a greater influence on the O3 process;t-BA has a negative influence on removal rate of O3/UV process.
