摘    要:假白榴正长岩提钾滤渣中的主要物相为沸石Na6AlSiO4]6.4H2O,富含氧化铝和氧化硅。采用高压水化学法,按CaO/SiO2=1.0(摩尔比)加入Ca(OH)2进行碱热浸取可实现滤渣中的硅铝分离。实验得出的优化条件为:反应温度280℃,反应时间30 min,碱的加入量为每处理100 g提钾滤渣需NaOH200 g。氧化铝的溶出率大于88%,碱浸滤液为高苛性比铝酸钠溶液,可用于制取氢氧化铝和氧化铝产品。该工艺在综合利用非水溶性钾矿的同时,为铝业生产提供了新资源。

Abstract:The main phase of potassium-distilled filter residue of pseudoleucite syenite is a kind of zeolite rich in Al2O3 and SiO2.By high pressure hydrochemical process,adding Ca(OH)2 at the molar ratio of calcium oxide to silica was 1 ∶1,silica and alumina of the filter residue can be leached out.The experimental results show that the optimum conditions are:reaction temperature 280 ℃,reaction time 30 min,alkali dosing amount is 200 g NaOH per 100 g raw material.The leaching rate of alumina is over 88%,and the alkali leaching filter liquor can be used to prepare aluminum hydroxide and alumina.The technique in this paper exploits new resources for aluminium producing.
