摘    要:以SO42--TiO2/A l2O3固体超强酸催化剂,通过环己酮和1,3-丙二醇的缩合反应,研究合成了环己酮1,3-丙二醇缩酮,较系统地研究了催化剂的活化温度、TiO2的负载量、催化剂用量、反应物配比、带水剂对缩合反应的影响。结果表明,在环己酮和1,3-丙二醇的缩合反应中,SO42--TiO2/A l2O3固体超强酸催化剂具有良好的催化活性和稳定性,催化剂的活化温度为500℃,TiO2的负载量为10%;n(环己酮)∶n(1,3-丙二醇)=1∶1.2,催化剂的用量1.0g,甲苯为带水剂,反应时间1.5 h。在最佳条件下,缩酮的产率可达99.1%,产品纯度为99.6%。

Abstract:The cyclohexanone 1,3-propanediol ketal is synthesized from cyclohexanone and 1,3-propanediol in the presence of SO~(2-)_4-TiO_2/Al_2O_3 solid superacid catalyst.The effects of catalyst activating temperature,TiO_2 loading amounts,dosage of catalyst,ratio of reactants,kinds and amounts of water carrying agent on reaction were examined.It was shown that the SO~(2-)_4-TiO_2/Al_2O_3 solid superacid catalyst has high catalytic activities and good stability;the activating temperature of catalyst was 500℃,the TiO_2 loading amount was 10%;n(cyclohexanone)∶ n(1,3-propanediol)=1∶ 1.2,the quantities of catalyst was(1.0 g,)toluene as water-carrying agent,reaction time was 1.5 h,the yield of product reached over(99.1%),the purity was(99.6%.)
