丙烯酸/丙烯酸酯共聚物阻垢分散剂的合成研究

摘    要:以丙烯酸为第一单体,丙烯酸酯为第二、第三单体,经自由基聚合合成了水溶性低分子量聚羧酸型水处理剂。结果表明,以第二单体和第三单体总量为1,第一单体与其他单体的摩尔比为4∶1时,阻垢效果较好;当单体配比第二单体∶第三单体=8∶2时,阻垢效果达到最佳,最佳产品与同类其它产品性能、阻垢率基本相当。该产品的各项参数也达到国家标准的相关要求,可主要用于工业循环冷却水系统和油田注水。

Abstract:This paper reported the method of using acrylic acid as the first monomer and acrylic ester as the secend or the third monomer,formed by free radical polymerization,we synthesized a kind of water treatment agent,with water-soluble,low molecular weight and poly carboxylic acid type.The results showed that on the base of 1 is the second monomer and the third monomer gross,when the molar ratio of first monomer to other monomer equals is 4∶1,the effect of antiscal is better;when the molar ratio of the second monomer to the third monomer equals to 8∶2,the effect of antiscal is the best;the ratio of antiscal is quite same between best products and other products;physicochemical properties of products is tally with the relative national standard.The product is mainly used for industrial cooling water system and oilfield water injection.
