丙烯酸/丙烯酸酯共聚物阻垢分散剂的合成研究

以丙烯酸为第一单体,丙烯酸酯为第二、第三单体,经自由基聚合合成了水溶性低分子量聚羧酸型水处理剂。结果表明,以第二单体和第三单体总量为1,第一单体与其他单体的摩尔比为4∶1时,阻垢效果较好;当单体配比第二单体∶第三单体=8∶2时,阻垢效果达到最佳,最佳产品与同类其它产品性能、阻垢率基本相当。该产品的各项参数也达到国家标准的相关要求,可主要用于工业循环冷却水系统和油田注水。

Study on synthesis technology of acrylic/acrylate copolymer as antiscale dispersing agent

This paper reported the method of using acrylic acid as the first monomer and acrylic ester as the secend or the third monomer,formed by free radical polymerization,we synthesized a kind of water treatment agent,with water-soluble,low molecular weight and poly carboxylic acid type.The results showed that on the base of 1 is the second monomer and the third monomer gross,when the molar ratio of first monomer to other monomer equals is 4∶1,the effect of antiscal is better;when the molar ratio of the second monomer to the third monomer equals to 8∶2,the effect of antiscal is the best;the ratio of antiscal is quite same between best products and other products;physicochemical properties of products is tally with the relative national standard.The product is mainly used for industrial cooling water system and oilfield water injection.
