| 摘 要： | 以传统的土耳其蓝釉配方为基础,分别添加户县麦饭石0%,5%,10%,15%制作了4组新的土耳其蓝釉试样,在850℃温度下烧成。结果显示,随着麦饭石添加量的增加釉面蓝色由浓变淡,釉面硬度逐步升高,麦饭石的最佳添加量为10%。降低了生产成本,釉面硬度增大,增加了装饰效果,提高了土耳其蓝釉的使用价值,为户县麦饭石拓宽了应用范围。

| Abstract: | Turkey blue glaze samples were prepared at the conditions of 0%,5%,10% and 15% dosages of Huxian county wheat-meal-stone on the basis of traditional turkey glaze formula,then the samples were sintered at 850 ℃.Results show that the color of blue glaze is changed from dark to light and the hardness of it increased with the addition of wheat-meal-stone.The optimum quantity of wheat-meal-stone is about 10% and thus it reduces production cost of the glaze,the hardness and the decoration effect are also improved.The experiment improves the value of the turkey blue glaze and widens the application range of the Huxian county wheat-meal-stone. |
