铜川上店高岭土提取氧化铝的研究

摘    要:以陕西铜川上店高岭土原矿为原料,在900℃煅烧6 h,磨成200目的粉体。与生石灰按1∶1.5的比例混合均匀,加水混合成泥浆状,装入高压釜中,在180℃蒸养12 h。自然冷却后,在900℃煅烧6 h,冷却研磨至200目,用8%Na2CO3溶液溶解浸出,溶液通CO2,生成Al(OH)3,抽滤、干燥、煅烧,得氧化铝,提取率60.0%。

Abstract:Sintered the Shangdian kaolin at 900 ℃,and grinded the powder to 200 mesh,mixed with quicklime at the ratio of 1 ∶1.5.Droped appropriate water into the powder and mixed until them becoming slurry,and then put into the high pressure kettle,steam curing at 180 ℃ for 12 h.Sintered at 900 ℃ for 6 h,after cooling,grinded the material to 200 mesh,dissolved into Na2CO3 solution with the concentration of 8%.After carbonizing,sieving,drying and sintering get the alumina with 60% extraction rate.
