染料型喷墨墨水打印测试的实验研究

摘    要:经过大量实验,得出四色墨水的基本配方,对该配方所制墨水进行色密度、打印流畅性、连续性和间歇性进行测试,根据测试结果改进墨水配方。最后确定黑色染料所占比例为4.2%,各染料配比为直接黑19∶直接黑168∶染料Ⅰ=3∶1∶1,并且当用两种表面活性剂进行复配时,打印流畅性较佳;同时与国产品牌墨水作打印测试对比,结果自制墨水在有无洇纸和卷曲以及边缘清晰度方面优于国产品牌墨水。

Abstract:The basic formula of four-colors ink through plenty of experiments,then test color density,liquidity,continuity and intermittence to confecting inks,confecting inks formula improved by testing result.As a result,make sure the proportion of black dye is 4.2%,and the formula of the dyestuff C.I.Direct Black 19 ∶C.I.Direct Black 168 ∶DyestuffⅠ=3∶1∶1,and when using two surfactants,printing liquidity is better,at same time compare to printing result with national inks,and the result is that confecting inks excels national inks in soaking paper,curliness and edge definition.
